Google just released a free, easy to use product for G Suite subscribers (formerly Google Apps) that allows up to 30 people to have a video conference. This product is already included in your subscription you just need to activate it by following the instructions at https://support.google.com/a/answer/7304109?hl=en (or call us).
After activating this, you simply go to https://meet.google.com/ and click start a meeting or join a meeting with a code. That’s it! Of course, this works on a PC, Mac, Chrombook, iPhone, iPad or Android phone so you don’t have to worry about software. You can also present using your screen or a separate window.
